What Sets Us Apart

The values that guide every drawing we produce

Small, Hands-On Team

Every project is handled by a small group of architects who stay involved from first sketch to final handover, not passed between departments.

Rooted in Port Said

We understand local building codes, coastal climate factors, and neighborhood character because this is where we live and work every day.

Residential and Commercial Range

Our portfolio spans private homes, retail spaces, and mixed-use buildings, giving us a broad perspective when approaching new design problems.

Detail-Oriented Planning

We prepare thorough construction planning documents so contractors have clear, buildable drawings and fewer questions on site.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

We came to Ripper with just a plot of land and a vague idea. Over about four months they turned it into a three-story home design that actually fit how our family lives, including a shaded courtyard we hadn't even thought to ask for.
Mahmoud El-Sayed Homeowner who built a new family house
Our retail unit needed a layout that worked for both customers and stock storage. The team walked the space with us twice before drafting anything, which made a real difference in the final plan.
Rania Abdel Fattah Owner of a clothing store in downtown Port Said
I've worked with a few architecture offices over the years and this one actually answers the phone when there's a site question. Their construction drawings for our warehouse extension were clean and easy for our contractor to follow.
Karim Nabil Operations manager at a logistics company
They redesigned the ground floor of our building to add a small clinic space. The process took about ten weeks from first meeting to permit-ready drawings, and they kept us updated at each stage.
Dina Farouk Property owner renting to medical tenants
What stood out was how they explained trade-offs in plain language, like why a certain window placement would affect ventilation. Made the whole design phase for our beach house much less confusing.
Youssef Hamdy Homeowner with a vacation property
Our office renovation plans went through a couple of revisions before we landed on the right layout, and the team never made us feel rushed about it. The final floor plan solved a lot of our old space problems.

How We Work

A structured approach from first meeting to construction-ready plans

  1. 1
    Initial Consultation

We meet to discuss the site, budget range, and how you plan to use the building, then walk the plot together whenever possible before any drawing begins.

  2. 2
    Concept Design

Our team develops initial layouts and massing options, presenting two or three directions so you can compare approaches before committing to one.

  3. 3
    Detailed Drawings

Once a concept is approved, we prepare detailed architectural drawings, material specifications, and construction planning documents for permits and contractors.

  4. 4
    Construction Support

We remain available during construction to answer site questions, review progress against the drawings, and adjust details as real conditions require.
